Elizabeth M. of Springdale, Arkansas comes from a long and successful line of farmers. For years, her family has lived and worked the Arkansas lands to provide food for themselves and community. Elizabeth wanted to continue this tradition, yet saw an opportunity to fill a need within the community. She decided to create a small organic farm, providing safe and natural produce for the area that could compete with larger farms. To help her in her struggle to get the farm off the ground, she decided to make her first investment by purchasing a Freightliner Sprinter van.
